Step 1: Choose a size

Step 3: Click on the “Personalize” button
Note: Please make sure you are happy with the size and type before proceeding. If you decide to change the size or type after customizing a design then you must restart the process as each size and type has its own unique template.
Step 4: Click “Edit” button at the bottom
Step 5: Fill in the required sections
Step 6: Click the checkmark button and save
Once saved, a preview of your customized product will appear.
Congratulations, you’re done! You can now add the product to cart.

Orders that contain more than 1 item are assigned processing periods for each item.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once the order is placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be in the original packaging.
